Project manager for all phases of current and advanced planning projects including design review, variances, conditional use permits, planned development, subdivisions, mixed-use developments, zoning ordinance and general plan ammendments and specific and area plan preparation.

Presentations to commissions, councils and special agencies.

Facilitate meetings with decision-making bodies and ad-hoc citizen and community groups to identify issues, develop common ground and identify solutions.

Manage projects from pre-entitlement to certificate of occupancy monitoring implementation of conditions of approval, mitigation measures and development agreement obligations.  

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW

REGULATORY AGENCY PERMITTING

 

Prepare environmental documents (negative declarations, mitigated negative declarations, environmental impact reports, categorical exemptions and exclusions and environmental addenda pursuant to CEQA and NEPA); manage consultant teams for environmental document preparation; and conduct peer review of environmental documents.
 

Coordinate with developer and regulatory agency staff to obtain permits from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, California Coastal Commission and Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

  

Perform in-field project compliance monitoring. Perform mitigation monitoring and reporting.
